Letters in the N&O re: tuition

Three interesting letters to the editor in the Raleigh
News and Observer yesterday about the tuition to UNC
schools thing.

I don't know if anyone's in a letter writing mood, but
that last one deserves a reply by someone. Money
quote: 

"Simply put, NCSSM does not house the majority of the
state's best and brightest academic students because
most of us parents of high-achieving students choose
to keep our children (particularly females) safe at
home until graduation."
