With terrible regret I want to inform all of you that Jennifer Bowman
('86) passed away on Oct 1st. As most of you know she had been
trying to recover from brain cancer and a surgery that left her with
severe nerve damage. As she said in her reunion page "I will keep
fighting until my body gives out....". Clearly she bravely did just
that. I hope many of you got to speak with her at our reunion
weekend a few weeks ago. She was one of the very first people to
give to our Class GIft and to submit a reunion page, so I know her
time at NCSSM meant a lot to her.
Jennifer will be dearly missed.
