It hasn't been a hospital for 30 years.  I imagine a lot of the people 
living in the neighborhood weren't there 30 years ago.

And when you move into a neighborhood next to a school known for 
academics and to not put much into sports, the last thing you expect is 
to have to deal with stadium lights shining into your bedroom.
