Dinner with Jon Miller? Art from Joe Liles?

Hello! This weekend at NCSSM there's a Mardi Gras
party and silent auction to raise money for more than
70 students at the Louisiana School of Science, Math
and the Arts who were impacted by the devestation from
Hurricane Katrina. In addition to the typical array of
auction items, we also have two items that that we
think that NCSSM alumni would like to bid on.

First, Dr. Jon Miller has graciously agreed to offer
lunch to two alums (or an alum and a friend) for our
auction. He will work with the highest bidder to
arrange a date and time to join him at his favorite
Durham restaurant, The Pizza Palace. 

Second, Joe Liles is offering a special work of art as

If you would like to bid on these items, send your
name, contact information and the bid amount to
auction at ncssm.edu. Bidding lasts until 9 pm ET on
Saturday, October 8.
